Ingredients

  • 200 g butter, or mararine
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 375 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g Nutella
  • 1 package cake icing, chocolate
  • 1 bag desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs one by one, pour in coconut milk and stir in well. Mix the flour and baking powder and fold in.
  2. Depending on your taste, cut the dough in half or remove 1/3 of the white dough and fill it in a loaf pan. Mix the remaining 2/3 with the Nutella cream. Also fill the loaf pan and pull both doughs through in a spiral with a fork.
  3. Then coat the cooled cake thickly with chocolate icing (cake icing) and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  4. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 ° C for approx. 60 - 70 minutes.
