Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 4 egg (s)
- 200 g nuts, round (almonds or hazelnuts)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 small Glass apple compote
- 300 g muesli, crunchy muesli (no chocolate)
- 200 g jelly, apple jelly (alternatively: apricot jam)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water

- Work the flour, butter, sugar, eggs, nuts and baking powder into a dough. Spread on a greased baking sheet. Brush with the compote. Then spread the granola on top. Bake everything at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
- After cooling, bring the remaining ingredients to the boil briefly and brush the cake with them.
