Ingredients

  • 75 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
  • 60 g sheep cheese

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon oil, (basil oil)
  • 2 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
  • Sugar or liquid sweetener
  • salt
  • Pepper, more colorful
  • 1 teaspoon salad herbs
  • 1 tomato (s) (kumato)

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and spin dry the lamb`s lettuce. Clean, halve and dice the onion. Cut the sheep`s cheese into slices, dice them and set aside for later.
  2. For the dressing, put all the ingredients, except for the herbs, in a bowl and stir vigorously with the mini whisk until it has a creamy marinade. Taste very well, so use lots of sugar, salt and pepper. This enhances the taste of vinegar and oil. If you like the taste, stir in the salad herbs.
  3. Put the lettuce and onions in a salad bowl, pour over the dressing and fold in carefully. Spread on two pretty plates, sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with a tomato.
  4. Kumato tomatoes are sweeter and go great with raspberry vinegar.
  5. The lettuce herbs can of course also be left out. The marinade tastes very good even without it, or you just use fresh herbs.
