Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 250 g lasane plate (s)
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 100 ml cream
  • 500 g tomato (s), pieces, from the can
  • 300 g tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, garlic, tomatoes and grate the cheese.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté until translucent. Add the minced meat, season and fry everything well.
  3. Add tomatoes and tomato pieces and let everything simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the cream, season and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Now layer the lasagna in a baking dish. First add a little sauce, then the lasagne plates. Layer them alternately and finish with the mince sauce. The sour cream is then spread in dots on the minced meat sauce and the grated cheese on top.
  5. Cook at 180-200 ° C in a preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes.
