Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and drain.
  2. Cut the meat loaf into cubes and fry in a pan with a little fat. Cut the leek into fine rings and add to the meat loaf and fry briefly. Deglaze with broth. Stir in the cream cheese, sour cream and mustard. Add the pasta. Stir in the sauce thickener until the sauce has the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper and spices. Finally stir in a dash of vinegar so that everything tastes slightly sour.
  3. I`ve also baked the dish with cheese several times, it tastes very good too!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
