  • 1 stick (s) celery
  • 1 large pointed pepper
  • 2 medium carrot (s)
  • 4 slices cheese, e.g., Cheddar
  • some mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the celery, cut in half crosswise and cut lengthways into very fine strips. Peel the carrots, cut in half lengthways and cut the halves lengthways into fine strips. Wash and core the peppers and cut lengthways into fine strips. Cut the cheese into 24 strips.
  3. Place 2 slices of meat loaf next to each other and brush with a little mustard. Place 2 strips each of celery, paprika and carrot on the meat loaf. Place 2 strips of cheese on each of the vegetables and roll up the meat loaf. If you want, you can also roll in herbs. Place the remaining cheese strips on the rolls.
  4. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Salad of all kinds tastes good with it. Bread also goes with it, of course.
  6. Leftover vegetables can be used in a salad.
