  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Halve the tomatoes and remove the stem. Salt and pepper the tomatoes and place them in a large, flat baking dish with the cut surfaces facing up.
  3. Wash, dry, chop the parsley and place in a bowl. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Add breadcrumbs, parmesan and olive oil.
  4. Spread this mixture on the tomatoes and press firmly.
