Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s), approx. 675 g
  • 8 slices ham (farmer`s ham with garlic), thinly sliced, alternatively Black Forest ham
  • 6 cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 g cream cheese, (Bresso - herbal cream cheese)
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 packet herbs, de Provence, TK
  • Salt (4-pepper seasoning salt), alternatively other pepper and a little salt

Instructions

  1. Halve the chicken breast fillets in half to make 4 pieces of breast. Briefly wash the pieces of meat, pat dry and wrap 2 slices of farmhouse ham with garlic and place in the UltraPlus casserole.
  2. Wash and quarter the cocktail tomatoes and spread over the meat.
  3. Mix the Bresso, cream and herbs de Provence together and season with the 4-pepper seasoning salt and then pour over the meat so that everything is well covered.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 - 225 ° C for approx. 40 - 45 minutes.
  5. It goes well with rice or baguette. We also ate Italian strozzapreti (wholemeal spelled semolina noodles).
  6. Note: If you don`t have an UltraPlus, you can certainly prepare this dish in another form with a lid.
