Ingredients
- 1 kg leek
- 2 cans pineapple, cut into pieces
- 500 g ham, cooked
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- pineapple juice

- Halve, clean and chop the leek sticks. Meanwhile, drain the two cans of pineapple while collecting the juice. Cut the ham into small pieces.
- Put the leek, the pineapple pieces and the boiled ham in a large bowl (should already be a 6 liter bowl). Add the glass of Miracel Whip (can also be the slight balance). Mix everything well and add the drained pineapple juice to taste (about half).
- Do not season as the leek gives off its own aroma!
- Goes fast and is delicious.
