Ingredients

  • 4 turkey escalope or pork escalope
  • 2 scoops mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 leeks, cut into rings
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper (knock the pork schnitzel beforehand) and place a raw schnitzel on a piece of aluminum foil brushed with oil. Spread the leek evenly on top. Finally, distribute on top of the mozzarella slices. Seal the aluminum foil and place the schnitzel in the preheated oven. Fry at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
  2. Serve with basmati.
