Ingredients
- 400 g leek, washed and cut into rins
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 100 g pumpkin flesh, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 large potato (s), peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 potato (s), blue and cooked
- 2 cm cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon oil (soybean oil)
- 750 ml broth
- salt and pepper
- Pepper, red, (Schinus), for garnish

- Sauté the onions and leeks in the hot oil, add the pumpkin, potato, cinnamon bark, pepper and salt, cumin and dill. Pour in the broth and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the hot, boiled blue potato, cut into cubes and add to the soup. Do not cook in the soup, otherwise it will lose its beautiful blue color.
- Garnish with Schinus on the plate.
