Ingredients

  • 250 g butter or mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 sachet flavor (lemon sugar)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 ml lemonade
  • 2 packs powdered drink (effervescent powder, lemon flavor)
  • 0.5 ½ package powdered sugar
  • 2 packs beverage powder (effervescent powder, orange flavor)
  • some lemonade for the topping

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter or margarine until frothy. Gradually pour in sugar, lemon sugar and salt. Then stir in the eggs one by one. Mix lemon powder with flour and baking powder and add to the mixture spoon by spoon. Finally, add the lemon soda and stir until you have a smooth dough.
  2. Either fill the batter into a fruit cake tin or spread it smoothly on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C on the middle rack for about 20 - 30 minutes. The baking time can vary depending on the shape. After cooling, turn them out onto a wire rack.
