Ingredients
- 100 g suar
- 2 lemon (s) (or just one if necessary)
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
- 50 ml water

- Boil sugar with 50 ml water until the sugar dissolves. Rub the zest of a lemon, squeeze out 75 ml of fruit juice. Add both to the syrup and let cool down.
- Clean and quarter the strawberries. Marinate with the syrup in the refrigerator for approx. 60-90 minutes. Divide between glasses and pour chilled sparkling wine over them. Serve immediately.
