Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ fennel seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, dried
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Water, hot

Instructions

  1. Put the fennel seeds and thyme in a tea strainer. Put the tea strainer in a cup and pour hot water over the herbs.
  2. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then remove the sieve.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and honey and drink the tea hot in small sips.
  4. The tea is good for sore throats and coughing problems and should be drunk once in the morning and once in the evening.
