Ingredients
- 300 g lentils
- 1 large onion (s)
- 125 g bacon (pork belly), smoked
- 2 liters meat broth
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 leek
- 4 large potato (s)
- 2 pinches dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 sausages
- some salt and pepper
- possibly vinegar

- Dice the onion and cut the bacon into strips. Sweat both together in a little oil until translucent. Add the lentils and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with 2 liters of meat stock. Add the thyme and bay leaves and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
