Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head lettuce (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), diced
- 0.5 ½ apple
For the dressing:
- 100 g cream yourt, Greek, 10% fat
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon herbs, freshly chopped, e.g. chives and parsley
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- Salt and pepper

- Clean and wash the head lat. Halve, core and wash the bell pepper and cut finely. Wash the apples, remove the core and dice finely.
- For the dressing, mix the ingredients together and season to taste. Spread the lettuce with the peppers and the apple on plates or in bowls. Then pour the dressing over it.
