Ingredients

  • 175 g rice flakes or luten-free oat flakes
  • 135 g sunflower seeds
  • 90 g flaxseed, oranic
  • 65 g hazelnuts or almonds
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds, organic
  • 4 tablespoon psyllium husks, organic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 350 ml water

Instructions

  1. Slowly melt the coconut oil on a low setting. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Prepare a large bowl for the dry ingredients. Use a small bowl for the liquid ingredients.
  2. Put all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and stir.
  3. The liquid ingredients (maple syrup, coconut oil, water) are also mixed together in the small bowl.
  4. Then the liquid is poured into the large bowl and mixed with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. The finished dough is then placed in the baking pan and has to rest for at least two hours. However, so that the dough can swell better, it should be left to rest for more than two hours. Preferably even overnight.
  6. After the resting phase, the bread is placed in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at approx. 175 degrees.
  7. Then the half-finished bread is removed from the loaf pan and baked on a grid for another 50 minutes at 175 degrees.
  8. Note: The Life Changing Bread is now fully baked and should cool completely before it is eaten or processed. The bread lasts for about five days. However, it can also be frozen quite well.
