- 1 leek
- Salt water
- 1 pack ham or fresh bacon, diced
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- salt and pepper
- parsley

- Cook the cleaned leek in salted water until it is soft or firm to the bite (as desired). Drain and set aside.
- Fry the ham or bacon cubes in a pan, add the leek. Season everything with pepper and parsley. At the end, mix a spoonful of cream cheese with milk, add and stir (or just a little sour cream or creme fraîche).
- Tastes great as a light snack or as a side dish.
