Ingredients

  • 150 g beef fillet (s), thinly sliced
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sherry
  • 200 g suar snap peas
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 mango (s)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the beef with soy sauce and sherry.
  2. Clean the snow peas and cut into pieces. Cook in boiling and salted water for about 4 minutes and then drain.
  3. Briefly fry the meat in oil. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Add the mango pieces together with the snow peas and fry briefly. Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Arrange and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Serve with rice.
