Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter or mararine
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 egg (s) (size M)

For covering:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 1 egg (s) (size M)
  • 2 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • 250 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 160 g suar
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, baking powder and butter and chill for about 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough and place in a greased pie or tart pan (30 cm).
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients with the whisk to a mixture, this is very liquid. Pour the quark mixture onto the dough and bake in the 180 degree preheated oven for about 70 minutes.
  4. Keeps fresh for a few days.
  5. Variation: The dough can be prepared with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
