Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 8 ml sweetener, liquid, alternatively stevia
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 dash butter-vanilla flavor, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with a little cold milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Then remove the vanilla pudding from the heat and stir in the low-fat quark until it becomes smooth. Let cool down. Sweetener and, if you like, stir in a dash of butter vanilla flavor. DO NOT add the sweetener to the hot pudding, it will lose its taste if it gets too hot.
  2. So you get a light, simple and super delicious cheesecake cream that you can treat yourself to once on a diet. I like to eat it warm, but it also tastes great cold. Including cooking, I`ll be done with it in 10-15 minutes.
