Cheesecake with Cream Cheese

Delicious and tender cheesecake is what cheesecake is. Take the time to prepare it and then you can enjoy a great dessert. The process is simple, but requires endurance and patience.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese – 450 Grams
  • Shortbread cookies – 200 Grams
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Powdered sugar – 150 Grams
  • Butter – 150 Grams
  • Cream 33% – 150 Grams
  • Vanilla Sugar – 2 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Grind shortbread cookies into crumbs. You can place a cookie between two layers of paper and walk over it with a rolling pin.
  2. Melt the butter and add to the crumb.
  3. Stir the crumb with oil, tamp the resulting mass tightly along the bottom and form the sides.
  4. We bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. Then let it cool.
  5. Put the cream cheese in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and whisk. If with a mixer, then at low speed.
  6. Add cream, vanilla sugar and eggs. Beat again and mix with a whisk or mixer at low speed.
  7. As a result, we get a tender homogeneous cheese mass.
  8. We wrap the form in several layers of foil. Spread the cheese mass onto the cheesecake base. We put the mold in a larger bowl, into which we pour water.
  9. And set to bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. The baking time is over, but the cheesecake is not removed for another hour. Then we put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
