Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 8 tomato (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- some basil and / or dill
- 6 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- some parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, mozzarella and shallots into small pieces. Drain the pasta and place in a bowl with the vegetables.
- For the dressing in a small bowl, stir together oil, vinegar, grated Parmesan, possibly a little water and salt and pepper. Now mix the dressing with the salad. Finally refine with herbs such as basil and / or dill.
