Ingredients

  • g 1,000 pear (s), fresh
  • 300 g cranberries, (frozen)
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag / s preserving sugar, 3: (500 g)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice
  • 1 pinch clove powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the fresh pears, remove the stones and cut them into quarters. Put the frozen lingonberries in a saucepan with the pears and spices and with the lemon juice.
  2. Put the preserving sugar (3: 1) on top and let the juice steep. Then proceed as instructed on the bag and bring the whole thing to a boil, simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Then pour into rinsed, hot twist-off jars and close immediately. Turn it upside down briefly (5-8 min.), Then turn it inside out and let it cool down.
