Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate, bitter
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 2 vanilla pod (s)
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 50 g cane suar
- Cayenne pepper
- salt
- 5 cl rum or tequila

- Heat the milk with the vanilla pods and let it steep for 10 minutes. Take out the vanilla pods, scrape out the pulp and place in a container. Add the grated dark chocolate and dissolve with 1/4 liter of lukewarm water. Stir in the warm milk, then add the honey, cane sugar, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt and rum or tequila.
- Serve the chocolate very cold or very hot.
