• 100 g chocolate, bitter
• 0.5 liter ½ milk
• 2 vanilla pod (s)
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 50 g cane suar
• Cayenne pepper
• salt
• 5 cl rum or tequila

Instructions

1. Heat the milk with the vanilla pods and let it steep for 10 minutes. Take out the vanilla pods, scrape out the pulp and place in a container. Add the grated dark chocolate and dissolve with 1/4 liter of lukewarm water. Stir in the warm milk, then add the honey, cane sugar, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt and rum or tequila.
2. Serve the chocolate very cold or very hot.
