  • 220 g red pepper (s)
  • 300 g zucchini
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion, squeeze the garlic and fry in a pan with oil. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Then add to the onions and fry. Then add the curry powder.
  2. Chop the peppers and fry them briefly. Chop the zucchini and fry them in the pan as well.
  3. After a few minutes, add the creme fraîche and the cream and simmer for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Cook in the oven for approx. 15 minutes at 160 ° C top / bottom heat.
