Ingredients

  • 500 g cream cheese, low-fat
  • 100 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 ½ teaspoon herbal salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 tablespoon herbs your choice, mixed (frozen)
  • 1 onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and finely chop or puree.
  2. Now put all ingredients except for the milk in a bowl and mix with the low-fat cream cheese. Finally, add the milk to dilute and the dip is ready.
  3. If you like the dip a little softer, you can vary the amount of milk.
  4. Tip: We always serve the dip with a raw vegetable platter or with toasted toast.
