Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, (macaroni, maccheroni)
  • 200 g Bolonese sauce (remainder)
  • 80 g peas
  • 50 g ham or bacon
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 dl cream
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • oil
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Sweat the finely chopped onion until translucent, briefly roast the ham, then add the halved or quartered mushrooms and fry. Add the Bolognese sauce, cream, peas and crushed or finely chopped clove of garlic and let everything simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Finally, arrange the al dente cooked macaroni with the ragout on 4 plates and serve immediately, sprinkled with parsley and parmesan.
