Ingredients

  • 6 sheets gelatin, white
  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 g buttermilk
  • 125 g whipped cream

For decoration:

  • Lemon balm, mango slices, chocolate rolls

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Peel the mango. Cut the pulp from the stone. Puree the mango, lemon juice and sugar. Add the buttermilk. Squeeze out the gelatin and dissolve in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in 2 - 3 tablespoons of buttermilk. Then stir the rest of the mixture. Chill until the cream starts to gel. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the buttermilk cream. Pour the cream into glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Decorate the mango cream with mango slices, lemon balm leaves and chocolate rolls.

  3. This refreshing buttermilk cream also tastes great with fresh peaches. Briefly scald 2 - 3 fruits, quench and peel them!
