  • 1 bottle sparkling wine (piccolo)
  • 1 can mango (s) with juice
  • 1 point pudding powder, vanilla
  • 250 g whipped cream, (cream)
  • Fruit, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Heat the sparkling wine and the fruit, bring to the boil with the vanilla pudding and allow to cool.
  2. Whip the cream and pour it into the cooled pudding.
  3. Fill into decorative glasses and put in the refrigerator overnight. Decorate with fruit and serve.
