Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 40 g mararine

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough and chill. Roll out thinly and cut out small cookies, bake light yellow at 200 Β° for about 10 minutes.
