Ingredients
- 1 small mango (s), mashed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar, or the juice a lemon
- 2 pinch (s) chili powder
- 90 ml rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper

- Mix together salt, pepper, chilli, honey, mango puree and vinegar or lemon juice. Then add the oil. If you want, you can add leftover mango in small cubes.
- This dressing is ideal for light mixed salads and goes well with fried poultry strips and fish. Good Appetite!
