Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, rolled up and ready to use
  • 2 mango (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut into wedges.
  2. Put honey and butter in a dough mold and melt in the oven at 200 degrees
  3. Place the mango slices in the pan. Cover with puff pastry. Press the edge down slightly.
  4. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 °. Pour out onto a plate while it is still hot.
  5. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
