- 1 kg cherry tomato (s)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon cane sugar, brown
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, mild
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- sea-salt
- pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, circulating air 180 degrees.
- Rinse tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and season with the oil, sugar, vinegar, sea salt and pepper. The ingredients can also be mixed beforehand.
- Rinse and dry the rosemary, strip the needles from the branches and chop them into small pieces. Sprinkle over the tomatoes.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove the tomatoes and decorate with sprigs of rosemary. Serve lukewarm or cold.
