- 500 g potato (s), small (triplets)
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, but do not peel them. Then cut in half and place in a bowl. Pour in the oil, add a lot of salt and pepper and stir well.
- Now place the potatoes with the cut surface facing down on the baking tray and pour the remaining oil over them. Sprinkle with a little salt if necessary. Now distribute the rosemary sprigs between the triplets, peel the garlic and place on the baking tray.
- Place in the oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes (until the potatoes turn brown).
