Ingredients
- 20 small potatoes, (triplets)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- Herbs, Italian
- olive oil
- salt

- Wash and dry triplets.
- Spread the potatoes in a baking dish or something similar and drizzle with olive oil so that the bottom of the baking dish is covered.
- Peel and halve the garlic and distribute in the form.
- Add the rosemary sprigs and season with the herbs and salt.
- Cook at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, turning twice during this time.
- Goes well with pan-fried food or as a side dish for grilling, as well
- Herb quark.
