Ingredients
- 1 glass gravy
- 100 ml red wine, drier
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 100 ml cream
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion (s)
- 100 ml tomato (s), passed
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 dash soy sauce
- some oil

- Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. Sear the zucchini slices in a little oil, reduce the heat, add the diced garlic cloves, finely chopped onions and the tomatoes. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
- Then add the meat stock and dry red wine to the pan and simmer. Stir in creme fraiche and cream and let reduce further. Season to taste with a little Kikkoman soy sauce.
- I like to serve the braised zucchini slices as a small addition, but of course you can also stir them directly into the sauce.
