Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread (s)
  • 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tomato (s), sliced
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 250 g onion (s), cut into rins
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s), sliced
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • tomato ketchup
  • remoulade

Instructions

  1. Knead the ground meat with the eggs, salt and pepper. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the mince on it and shape it into flat bread size. Brush the patties with 4 tablespoons of oil and bake in the oven at 225 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  2. Steam the onions in the remaining oil until translucent. Halve flatbread like a hamburger. The lower part is covered with the lettuce leaves, then the minced patties, then the onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, ketchup and the tartar sauce. Place the top half of the flatbread on top and cut the giant hamburger to the size of a pie.
