Hamburger in a loaf.

Ingredients

  • fresh loaf – 1 pc.
  • tomato paste – 1.5 tbsp
  • basil – 1 teaspoon
  • chicken fillet – 80-100 g (sausages or any other meat can be used)
  • onion – 1 small head
  • cheese – grams 100
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley and dill – to taste
  • Aioli sauce – 3-4 tbsp (you can replace it with mayonnaise, into which squeeze 1 clove of garlic)

Directions

  1. Finely chopped the chicken fillet, fried it, and put it on the semicircular part of the loaf, from which he had previously pulled out the crumb.
  2. Then I make gravy – I put tomato paste in a frying pan, fill it with water (150 grams), add salt, maybe a little sugar, and basil.
  3. For a couple of minutes I carcass and water both halves of the loaf.
  4. Then I spread the finely chopped onion, grated cheese, pour the aioli, sprinkle with herbs, close the loaf with the bottom, and heat it in the microwave so that the loaf becomes softer and the cheese melts.
