Instructions

  1. Mix the Vacherin well with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and the milk. This results in a fine-grained mass that you simply put in the microwave for a short time before application, whereupon it becomes nice and liquid.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the flour and divide into two equal portions. Fry two burgers out of it in a large frying pan. It is best to use a dinner plate to turn it.
  3. And this is how the giant burger is put together: Brush the bottom of the flatbread with mayonnaise and top it with a nice layer of sliced pickles. Spread some ketchup over it. Heat one of the two layers of meat in the microwave grill again and place on top and cover with a layer of processed cheese. Now spread the onion cut into rings on top. Place the fried bacon slices on top. So that the burger gains a little height (for the classic burger shape) now add a layer of toasted bread. Spread the Bar-BQ sauce on it and then spread the sliced tomatoes on top. Now come the lettuce leaves, and then the second layer of minced meat (again heated beforehand). Now add the vacherin sauce, a layer of ketchup and the lid of the flatbread on top.
