  • 4 medium May turnips, approx. 160 g each
  • 250 ml water or vegetable stock
  • 4 leaves wild garlic
  • 100 ml cream
  • herb salt or wild garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1 splash lemon or lime juice
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • some wild garlic, cut into strips, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut May turnips and wild garlic. Simmer in broth or water for 10-15 minutes. Add the cream and mix the soup.
  2. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with strips of wild garlic.
