Meatballs with Cream Sauce

I offer a recipe for how to cook meatballs with a creamy sauce. Delicate, as if airy, very tasty … they can be served with mashed potatoes for lunch or with pasta for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 250 Gram
  • Lean Pork Pulp – 250 Grams
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Loaf or white bread – 100 grams
  • Milk – 200 Milliliters
  • Salt, black pepper, spices – To taste
  • Cream 10% – 450 Milliliters (for sauce)
  • Hard cheese – 150 grams (for the sauce)
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves (for the sauce)
  • Sweet Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece (for sauce)
  • Greens – To taste (for the sauce)
  • Young Saffron – 1 Pinch (for sauce)
  • Salt – 1 Pinch (for the sauce)

Directions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onions.
  2. Soak the bread pulp in prepared milk. Pass the pork and fillet through a conventional meat grinder or grind in a blender. Add onion and soaked bread crumb to the minced meat obtained.

  4. Knead the minced meat properly.
  5. We form small meatballs, put them on a baking dish, which we pre-grease with oil. We bake meatballs for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Cooking a creamy meatball sauce. Add sweet pepper, cut into thin small pieces, grated cheese, a pinch of saffron, crushed garlic and chopped herbs to the cream. Salt the sauce and stir.
  7. Take the meatballs out of the oven and pour the prepared sauce. Then we send the form back, send it to the oven, cook for another 20 minutes.
  8. Serve meatballs with garnish, pouring cream sauce on top.
