Meatballs in Tomato – Cream – Sauce from Oven

Instructions

Peel and dice the onions, mix with the minced meat and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, mustard and ketchup to taste. Mix with breadcrumbs until you have a malleable mass for meatballs.
Shape the meat mixture into dumplings and place in a baking dish. Mix the tomatoes with the cream. Stir in the herbs, season with salt and pepper. Pour the liquid over the dumplings.
Cook in the oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes. This goes well with pasta or rice or a mixture of rice and vegetables.
