Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put on a pan with plenty of good olive oil and cut the washed and peeled potatoes in half and toss them briefly. Core the pointed peppers and add briefly, also halved. Then mix with the herbs and place in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Quarter the tomatoes, halve the mushrooms and cut the feta into cubes. Cut the onion into rings and just peel the garlic (you may also use more or less garlic, but with this type of preparation there is no extreme garlic taste left).
