- 1 liter boiling water
- 0.5 ½ orange (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
- 2 carnation (s)
- 3 slices ginger
- honey, or brown sugar

- Squeeze half the orange and lemon. The lemon should not be squeezed completely, as it should be cut into slices.
- Pour the juice (with or without pulp, if you like) into the thermos. Then hang the tea bag in the pot and pour boiling water over the ginger, cloves, cinnamon and the lemon slices (about two slices of the already squeezed half lemon). Let it steep for about 20 minutes and then sweeten with honey or brown sugar.
