Ingredients

1 large Chinese cabbage, (600-700g)
1 tablespoon mustard, to taste
300 g natural yourt, low in fat
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
2 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoon herbs, chopped (parsley, chives)
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper, to taste

Melly`s Chinese Cabbage Salad with Mustard – Yogurt Dressing

Instructions

Cut the Chinese cabbage, wash and drain
Then mix the yoghurt with the mustard, oil, vinegar and herbs in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and honey and season to taste.
Mix the drained Chinese cabbage with the dressing and serve.
If you like, you can also add apples or pears, which are also very tasty.
