A bright and juicy mix in one plate is a salad of melon and watermelon. The taste of a sweet salad according to this recipe is emphasized by sweet floral honey, the freshness of mint, and lemon sourness.

Ingredients
Watermelon – 1 kg
Melon – 0.5 kg
Honey – 2 teaspoon
Fresh mint – 5-6 leaves
Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Be sure to try preparing such a colorful dish in summer, in the season of watermelons and melons!
Directions
Rinse the melon, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Use an ice cream spoon to cut balls out of the pulp and place them in a deep container.
Do exactly the same manipulations with the watermelon – from this berry, the seeds must be selected manually.
Squeeze 1 teaspoon into a salad bowl with berries. lemon juice, grate the zest of half a lemon, and pick the washed fresh mint leaves. Add floral honey. Mix everything very carefully.
Put the watermelon and melon balls in a bowl, serve the salad to the table immediately after cooking, until the dish has released juice. Optionally, you can serve a sweet fruit salad of melon and watermelon in a duet with a couple of scoops of ice cream of your choice: milk, chocolate, crème Brulee.
