Melon and Watermelon Salad

A bright and juicy mix in one plate is a salad of melon and watermelon. The taste of a sweet salad according to this recipe is emphasized by sweet floral honey, the freshness of mint, and lemon sourness.

Ingredients
- Watermelon – 1 kg
- Melon – 0.5 kg
- Honey – 2 teaspoon
- Fresh mint – 5-6 leaves
- Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Be sure to try preparing such a colorful dish in summer, in the season of watermelons and melons!
Directions
- Rinse the melon, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Use an ice cream spoon to cut balls out of the pulp and place them in a deep container.
- Do exactly the same manipulations with the watermelon – from this berry, the seeds must be selected manually.
- Squeeze 1 teaspoon into a salad bowl with berries. lemon juice, grate the zest of half a lemon, and pick the washed fresh mint leaves. Add floral honey. Mix everything very carefully.
- Put the watermelon and melon balls in a bowl, serve the salad to the table immediately after cooking, until the dish has released juice. Optionally, you can serve a sweet fruit salad of melon and watermelon in a duet with a couple of scoops of ice cream of your choice: milk, chocolate, crème Brulee.
