Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 50 g sae, fresh melon sae
  • 250 g rock suar, brown
  • 1 liter vodka

Instructions

  1. Wash lemon with hot water, dry and cut into slices.
  2. Clean the melon sage dry as much as possible and put it roughly chopped with the rock candy and the lemon in a sufficiently large glass jar with a lid. Pour the vodka on and seal it.
  3. This approach now remains for a good 8 weeks, ideally on a windowsill. From time to time it should be shaken a little so that the rock candy dissolves better.
  4. After this time, the batch is filtered off and transferred to a clean bottle.
  5. Now it depends on how long everyone can tame their impatience.
  6. Usually about 4 weeks of repeated pull-through time is enough.
  7. But you should keep in mind that the liqueur gets better the more time it gets to steep.
