- 1 honeydew melon (s)
- 1 lime (s), juice it
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 125 g yourt, low-fat
- Sweetener, liquid
- 3 teaspoons coconut flakes

- Cut the honeydew melon into pieces and drizzle with lime juice. Halve the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp.
- Heat coconut milk with sugar and vanilla pulp while stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool slightly. Stir in yogurt and add sweetener to taste.
- Mix honeydew melon with coconut sauce and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
