Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon thyme, dried
  • 1 handful sage, fresh leaves
  • 300 g rock suar
  • 1 bottle vodka or double grain

Instructions

  1. Put the thyme, sage, rock sugar and double grain in a sealable container and let it mature for approx. 3 weeks. Shake now and then. Then filter off and fill into bottles.
